Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. with the exception of national holidays. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST will be counted for the next business day.

We offer Standard shipping and Priority shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time for domestic orders in the US is 5-8 business days depending on your location. Priority shipping is 3-4 business days.

 Free shipping is offered on all domestic orders over $100. This does not apply for International orders.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY PACKAGE?

Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CUSTOMS FEES OR IMPORT TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ?

Depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping times can very between 1-6 weeks depending on your location. However we will do our best to deliver on time.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

We will replace packages that fail to get delivered but once the package is scanned as delivered we are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen.
